Museum of Neon Art Member's Event: Signmakers Open House With BBMT!

This insider experience features intimate presentations from professionals in the neon industry, complementary food and beverage, and a free- limited-edition MONA/ Signmakers hat. It is open only to MONA members. Membership will be verified.

Join fellow Museum of Neon Art members for exclusive access into Signmakers, one of the West Coast's premiere sign shops. Join preservationists, neon suppliers, and historians for a night of:

  • canapés

  • top shelf wine, liquor, and beer

  • neon bending demos

  • meet and greets with neon's movers and shakers

  • exclusive swag

Signmakers has been actively working to rehabilitate and recreate historic signage with projects ranging from the Earl Carroll Theatre, to the Bob Baker Marionette Theater Marquee (more on that coming soon!) and The Starlight Drive-in Theater.  Celebrate the innovative ways businesses, nonprofits, artists, and historians are working together to keep the landscape glowing. BBMT puppets will be on hand to say hello to all the attendees!

RSVP is required by June 26th. Verified members will receive the exact location via email after their membership is verified. Membership to MONA starts at $35 and can be purchased in advance of the event. 

About Signmakers: Started in Southern California in 1993 and has evolved into a boutique and design-oriented custom sign shop, specializing in electrical signage, neon signs, and acrylic sign projects. The company collaborates with business owners, event planners, sole proprietors, architects, and designers on a local and national level.
