TOURS AVAILABLE EVERY SATURDAY IN JUNE!
Go behind the scenes of Bob Baker Marionette Theater and learn all about the making of Choo Choo Revue. Led by the fantastic Kahlil Nelson, participants will get a chance to tour our backstage, fabrication workshop, and our upstairs audio archives and library while exploring 60 years of historic ephemera, art, and design as well as in-progress creations as we create the Theater’s first new show in 40 years!
Tours are available every Saturday in June at 12 PM and at 3 PM. A limit of 10 people per tour. Tours are completely free, but registration is required.
ACCESSIBILITY NOTE: These tours will require walking through non-accessible parts of our historic building, including our backstage and upstairs to our audio archives and library. At the present moment, our Theater does not have an elevator. Both sessions on June 22nd are reserved as mobile device-accessible tours and will take place only on the first floor of our Theater. If you have any questions about accessibility or unable to make our accessible tour dates, please email hello@bobbakermarionettetheater.com and we’ll be happy to help you.
