Nightmares from the Kitchen

Saturday, February 22
Doors: 7 PM / Show: 7:30 PM

Hollywood Entertainment and esteemed moderator Jason Woliner (director of Paul T. Goldman, Borat 2, Eagleheart, Human Giant) are honored to host director/cinematographer Jay Hunter for a special event benefiting service industry workers impacted by the LA Wildfires. Hunter’s impressive resume includes 80+ episodes of our favorite program about a world class chef helping failing restaurants all over the USA. This evening of clips, guests, and stories will take an unprecedented look into the kitchen for the never-before-told and never-to-be-repeated stories of production and personal nightmares behind these iconic shows.

All this plus BBMT’s very own “New Stew Revue,” a vegetable marionette medley, will delight and entertain.

Come early for raffles featuring items and experiences from some of your favorite LA restaurants and brands including Stir Crazy, Sogo, El Prado, Walt’s, Underberg, and more!

Please note, this event is recommended for adult audiences only.

About the Series

Hollywood Entertainment x Bob Baker Marionette Theater present a film programming residency. With each event inspired by the themes of classic and current Bob Baker Marionette shows (The circus! A day on the farm! A magical train ride!), take your imagination on a journey through rare and unavailable films and special events with filmmakers, guests, performers, and more.

About Hollywood Entertainment

Hollywood Entertainment was created to entertain and educate filmgoers by screening and preserving eclectic, underseen, non-commercial, rare, and socially beneficial films and film-related artifacts. The non-profit organization evolved out of Moviepassed, a near-daily stream of online movie watching that began in April 2020.
